Well, that'll do it.

And who cares about making the doctors happy. Bottom line is that lower blood pressure puts less stress on your heart meaning it will last longer.

It'd be interesting to see what your B/P looks like after all the work you've been doing on the house....

I have a heart?

My bp was 140 over 95 at the doctors...

I took it again at the drugstore while waiting for my script...127 over 81.

I'll be fine.

You might have white coat syndrome.

The presence of doctors or being in a healthcare setting increases your B/P.

This is completely serious...

The doc wasn't really worried either.

I think it may have been the asshole in the waiting room that was irritating the make the beast with two backs out of me with all his tales of woe and complaining about everything.

My weight is good, I quit smoking, and my diet is good.

I can't take any 'blocker' type meds as they affect my heart rate.

I declare victory.

my problem is hypo tension. i will need meds soon to raise my bp above 90/56.
