I had a Linux machine once. It was good for Web and email but there were not a whole lot of programs out there for Linux.

I used to let it run for Months at a time with no reboot. I was running Red Hat. Nice and stable.  [thumbsup]

I remember when I was able to use linux  :'(
i had e-mail, a wb broswr, and could play unreal. that's all i really needed it for until i needed to write a paper.

Sorry Just got back. Joy wanted to go down town to look at some stuff. I'm setting things up on the lap top, getting network adress right and firefox syncd.

It has a nice back lit keyboard and it's a little bigger than this one. but it still fits in the Timbuk2 bag that I have for it.
