the original blue prints called for the line feeding the upper bathroom to come from the garage . ..  someone thought it was going to be better if they ran a parallel line . . . this line somehow ruptured . . .then water was seeping into the concrete floor/ceiling . . .plumber found leak . .. but also someone thought that 'glueing' the bathrooom sink with silicone was a good idea so when plumber tried to take it down 'normally' it broke into 3 pieces . . . have had water running thru in and out pipes no apparent leaks so is off to purchase the new one . ..
