must be a relief...

I used to paint the machine bases for some of those.

The early ones were huge.

these aren't the largest i've ever done
they are going to suspend from the ceilings with invisible cable
weighted at the top and bottom to keep them straight
some are layered with sheer printed fabric, neat effect

i made sure they could be produced before moving forward
i've worked with the production company before, they know their stuff  [thumbsup]

Pretty sure the machines this company made were the ones they used back in the day to print the banners that would hang from the hotels in Vegas. The media was typically vinyl..really heavy vinyl.

Each strip was 15 feet wide. The finished machine was 26' long.

They since have moved on to much smaller formats.

digital printing has come a long way in the past 10 years :)

Ball joint...tie rod end...one of the brand new rear wheel bearings is supposedly no good...bent wheel...

I could go on and on...

The car is 10 years old and has 120K on it and we really haven't done much except for front brakes and tires.

It runs pretty good, so I'll fix it, but it's getting rusty...I figure we'll get a few more years out of it.
