I kinda misfigured the budget. :-\

Either way I'm not planning on any photo-voltaic.

almost every major item has been 2K more than I figured...foundation...septic...dirt work.

The trim for the roof was almost 1/2 the price of the roof.

Costs are stupid.

When I figure out how to levitate those panels up on the roof it will all be good. ;D

I wish I lived closer. After spending a summer with Habitat in Georgia (as crew leader, first girl ever!) I am very handy in house building situations. Plus I like roofing.
