Slow is better than backwards.  The homeowner has changed her mind and all the trim and windows that are primed and ready for paint are now getting stained, so the primer has to be removed.  This is probably not gonna be any fun.

The plan right now is that everything from the sash liners in will be removed and planed/jointed/sanded/routed back to bare wood.  Hopefully a paint to go with the stain color will be found for the mouldings that can't be removed.
