the service manager just came in looking for bits so that he can start injecting and prepping 24 birds for to marinate/sit so that he can deep fry them all tommorrow for our company pre-turkey day fiesta...

and so the gorging begins....

yesterday a friend of mine posted a 4 layer pie...


latticed bacon crust
1st later was pumpkin
2nd later was a cheescake
top layer was a nut and fruit crumble crust....
