They've made it pretty hard to get a license now, or rather they've made it a pretty long process

Yeah...

you have to work for the smartest guy on the job site for 4 years...

go to school...

and pass a test.

Then you have a journeyman's license and you still have to work for a master.

A year later you can take the masters test and be the smartest guy on the job site. ;)
