Hi, my name is LMT and I love beer. I like IPA's, a good (no mass produced American crap..bud, etc.) lager, Ale, Stout, porter, Imperial anything.... I even like trying the beers I don't like.

I also like cognac, rye whiskey, Amaretto, and Champagne.

I really want to make beer.

It's really not too hard!  Find a good brew shop and tell them you're interested in doing it yourself.  They enjoy helping people get started!

Hit 110 here yesterday.
Cool change to 87 today.
No roasts cooked inside for us this Christmas, BBQ and salads outside. And cold, cold beer.

I'm grumpy 

I normally sleep fine when its hot.... but had a restless night last night.  Most of the cooking is done here now.... food (and yes the beer especially) served cold tomorrow  .
