Thats the sort of thing i had in mind.

The E Type as beautiful as it is is not the car for me to drive.
These days I'm into just driving the car and doing simple maintenance like oil changes and brakes. And even brakes aren't so simple anymore with pre pressurized brake systems.

I just want to drive the thing. No carb syncing, no points, no riding in the trunk and tapping the fuel pump every time it quits while the wife drives it to the garage. None of that stuff. Gotta nuff stuff to maintain and or fix, or keep up with these days.

I want a good looking, functional, no fuss, appliance.


BTW i just saw one of these driving down the strret jus half an hour ago. Same color as the one in the video. It's an interesting car. Look a little weird but not too bad either. Probably not the car for me.

That ones gas. No diesel in the Wagon at least not yet. You can get diesel in the sedan version though. It gets 27-29 on the freeway. About 17 around town. It has all kinds of gee whiz stuff in there leathers seats etc.

It handles good and you can get it to move..

shame . . . diesel, specially new CRI engines are awesome . ..  so quiet so strong . . . so fast!!!
