Yea we made a bunch a few weeks ago and froze them, green and red. Then you put sour cream and salsa on top.

we made chicken tamales once - wrapped them in corn husks and everything
it was quite a project - had a freezer shelf full of them too

This one they're talking about right now is just a couple of miles from my sister in laws house. They put her sons school on lockdown. when I went to school they never had lockdown.  :P
