The lettering will be white instead of yellow. I like the yellow better but its kind of dark if there aren't bright lights shining on it. The font is slightly changed to be a little less fancy. The J will look like more of a J than an S.

Can I offer some constructive criticism on this?

My parents ran a wholesale packaging company doing fruit, nut and candy mixes for 25 years.

Some of this you covered but the color of your text is too similar to the orange in the background. Additionally the font, with all the loops and swirls, gets lost in the circles of the hypno back ground.

I find text like that very hard to read. When I first saw your picture I had to read it three times to figure out what it said. It just didn't stand out to me.

Some color changes like you mentioned may help but its hard to say without seeing it.

For me, the goal would be to have a logo legible from a few feet away (like while in the isle at the store)

What stands out clearly above all else is "peanut brittle."  Black text, solid background.

Thanks we received pretty much the same feedback from other people and addressed all of those changes. I cant post the PDF in here. Unless I do a Print screen. Maybe I can do that.
