I just made awesome breakfast.

Ham, turkey, muenster, lettuce, mayo sandwich with bbq sauce :D

Ning. Good coffee this morning. A local friend roasted some for me  [coffee]  [thumbsup]

I went to bed at 8 pm last night. I actually watched the clock and waited for 8 or it would have been earlier!  I feel great this morning.

I taught twice this week and got good reviews. Both for CPR and Skills Presentations. That was fun. Plus the hoa annual meeting. It all wore me out.

I am going to treat myself to lunch out today  [clap]
