Yeah!!! that's what I'm talking about . . . one of the "talk down to me guys" from yesterday, just called to apologize and his boss also got into it by saying "I apologize for me and my staff, don't matter where you're from, you know your stuff and I am glad someone knows what he's doing, again thank you and I'd like to order 5 more tuning keys" . . . The day is turning to be OK . . . ;D
