well my friends . ..  days like today take a toll on oneself  . . . after a relaxing serving of 100yr old rum and a #2 davidoff i am ready for the pillow . . .

I had a good nap this afternoon.

I will now be awake all night.  A night that I don't need to be. [bang]

Love waking up to news that there's an(other) active shooter in Denver (a few blocks from my office no less).  But the media states that the police have told area residents to keep their windows closed.

Really?  t's 12 degrees!!  So unless you're a 50-ish year old woman having a hot flash, do you really think windows are going to be open? (I think the media misinterpreted something. Maybe? You think?)
