I have a Pilot Power on the rear now, and I generally like Michelin. I've read good reviews online about the PR3, but I was hoping someone here had some FHE...

They slandered you in the paper or aomething?

haven't had good experiences in either car or 'cycles' with them . . .

potenza were no good under my Peugeot 405Mi16 or VW Santana wagon or MB 280SEL . . .came OEM on Suzuki, then used General and now on Pirelli P7  . . .

my bike, Pirelli OEM, no good on wet, Dunlop excellent on wet, had 'fat chicken strips' . . Michelins, excellent on dry, close to excellent on wet . . haven't had the time to get really used to them, remember right now my rear shock is "just there" . .

My Jeep just got a new water pump, and now has a leak in the radiator.   :'(

Made it the 17 miles from work to the shop. Temp gauge stayed at 210.  It is a 2002 Wrangler X 6 Cylinder with 130,XXX miles. All road miles, she sees 4WD in the snow. The blinkers have been intermittent for the past 2 weeks too.  :P

How did you like the 280 Sel?

W126 platform . ..  loved it . .. had installed 'hotter' cams and had the timing set accordingly . . . managed to get a set of AMG Pentastar wheels in 16x6 with 215/55R16, some Eibach susp bits and 'custom' build exhaust locally . . .I loved it . .. lend it to my sister to run an errand one night for some university group work and was rear ended by a bus . . .it was a last year 280SEL, 1985 Euro spec . . .one tank in this city would go about 380kms . . .

Speaking of exhaust my lowly E Class wagon has Stainless steel dual exhausts and all kinds of other nice stuff for a production car.

There is no sign of an exhaust leak on it.

Sorry about the rear ending..

DarkMonster620

well, I am signing off for today . .  see you all tomorrow . . .

x-files on TCM . . .

My buddy sells lots of tires. I'll ask him about the 3. I seem to remember we had a conversation about them.
