I gave the dog a bath. Did a few hours of work too. I was tasked with rewriting a class. Well, taking 3 existing class and making 1out of it all. I now have 65 slides on safety committees, safety meetings, safety as a communication tool, and recognition programs.

I still have to create a couple of class exercise and write a 25 question test.  :P

Good, I was stressed about the work I had to do and started off too fast. Settled down and finally got in under 30 minutes! 29:14. That is a little more then a minute faster then by previous best time.

Then I came home and worked.

Slow here this am.  [coffee] time, then off to work. A contract instructor was supposed to rewrite the class I am working on. He bailed out. LMT to the rescue  [thumbsup]

I went to two different grocery stores over the weekend and spent just under $80.00. I feel like there is nothing to eat in my house. [laugh]

I stocked up on some basic items. Now I just have to cook.

Canadian     [bacon] and an egg for breakfast!

I was actually going to get bread !!! not Canadian [bacon], but, started raining where there was no cover so, I just kept on walking to the gas station and waited, yes, I "got to the office" late

In other news, last night I emailed a local DMF'er who has a bike listed here.  The thought of actually having one again...   :o
