My new weekend routine it to get up at my early time, walk Lucy, and then go back to bed. Seem to work. I am getting at least another hour + of sleep!

[coffee]  [bacon] and an egg time.  I have a 5K at 10:00.

I gave the dog a bath. Did a few hours of work too. I was tasked with rewriting a class. Well, taking 3 existing class and making 1out of it all. I now have 65 slides on safety committees, safety meetings, safety as a communication tool, and recognition programs.

I still have to create a couple of class exercise and write a 25 question test.  :P
