yeah but that's just probably a sauce made with capsaicin extract just for the sake of being hot. I far prefer sauces made from actual peppers as they taste better

It's made with Habanero, Cayenne, Serrano and Jolokia peppers.  It's quite hot full strength but adds a nice flavor to chili.  You certainly don't need much tho

I have a ghost pepper sauce too (jolokia) but the scorpion is hotter so I'll bring that

Yea, those are good sauces.  I may make some hot sauce this year.  I had Chili Odroño and Mayan Reds growing this year and they're quite prolific.

It is remarkably mild for a Habanero sauce.  The flavor really comes through without the nasty burn.

hate traffic jams . . . specially when there is no reason for one except one pick up being driven by a slightly clad woman trying to change a flat tire but, NO ONE stops . . . that's what I can see from where we are stuck . . .

alfisti, that's one of the reasons is a staple in my household . . . sadly a restriction on sending bottles was put in effect as of November last year so, when I travel to the US, I can take some and dispatch . . .
