here's what's going on with my knee, an RN called me back from the doctor's office, the PA I had seen is on vacation, so a different Dr took a look at my MRI and said that the ACL graft was definitely torn, the meniscus might be damaged and there may be some arthritic damage.  He is going to refer me to UW Orthopedics and they are going to call me to set up an appointment, in the mean time I have to avoid all pivoting sports.  Whee!

Well, at least I am getting around now without crutches, so that's a big improvement.  I had a knee surgery on that knee before, in 1998.  It wasn't fun then and I don't expect that in the intervening years that they developed a super magic fun time knee fixing pill.

Ok . ..  I had a pot of water fell on my foot and barely can put weight on it . . . I have to "play air drums" with it in order to keep it "warm" so it can move and let me walk . ..  still using flip flops ... wont go into shoes

really, I hope that the procedure goes well and you get better soon . .. makes me remember my bike accident back in 2008
