In other news:  street tacos for lunch.  And a very cucumbery and basily water - which would be a heck of a lot better with a splash of something else but it's not the weekend yet.

If you do it correctly, you will break the cartridge. An important thing to remember, is that compression only CPR is for witnessed collapses only. The brain and vital organ tissue can only go about 4 minutes without new oxygen before they start to die.

Did you watch the vid Mary?

They seemed to infer that the average adult has a lot of oxygen in their blood.

I think the premise is that compression only CPR is more effective than CPR and pausing to perform mouth to mouth when performed by an untrained person whom they claim can't expand the lungs enough to be any help.

They do not recommend the method for children.
