25 through DTC is where my commute typically gets better.

The 26ish stoplights along the 5 miles of Colorado Blvd. I drive are usually the worst part.

I commute halfway around the world.

Soooooo....

the plumber came back to check and adjust...around 5

and install temporary thermostats for drywall. The wires were just jumped to get things up to temp.

The one's he put in were rated at 65 degrees.

The boiler hasn't run since.

It is freaking awesome.

I really can't express how happy I am about the way this house is performing.

Cricket was rained out again  

Shorty Junior's disappointment at not getting to play was ameliorated by me having made Salt Mine time to visit the cricket store to buy the new cricket bat he's been wanting.

All $295 worth of it (which he paid for himself I might add).... It is very nice.  Almost too nice to actually use.

12 to 16 hours preparation before he can use it......  I can hear the knocking sound coming form his room.

Hangovers are for amateurs...

I commute 2.25x around the world every year.   Lethe probably goes around 4 or 5 times.
