After investigating the leak behind the shower wall I found the floor was rotten. So I tore out the back wall to make way for a Tub, replaced two layers of 70 year old floor and tile I just put down two years ago, which allowed me to make note of the fact that one of the beams under the building is pretty much sitting in the dirt and yet is not rotten. (Project for another time)

Im replacing plumbing with PEX. Later this spring I will go ahead and put down new tile.
