Pretty nice for apts.

Wifey has always wanted to visit Sedona, maybe this spring we'll venture out that way. Personally never really found much beauty in dirt.

Scanning and restoring pictures again!  These are things that I hope my kids and grand kids will enjoy one day.  We currently don't have any kids, but I'm really enjoying working with these pictures.

But there are "vortexes" there.

And some really cool rock formations.

And it's not too far from where triangleforge (Brad) lives.

Plus, it's actually a pretty cool place.

I'm not a fan of Phoenix (lived there for two years, travel there frequently for work - be there on Wednesday, in fact, and next week).  The downtown area is seeing a slight resurgence - the place to be in the area, IMHO.

Northern AZ is amazing.  Kingman may be an exception.

Some really cool stuff down south too.

Yuma?  :-\

Tuscon? Haven't been, but heard the Mt Lemmon area is nice.

Guess I'm just drawn to trees and water. Rocks, no so much.

Have you seen all the tourists that have migrated to Yuma this time of year??  It more than doubles the population of the area.

Tucson, Bisbee, Tombstone, Mt. Lemmon - all cool places in central southern AZ.

Water & trees you say?  Sedona has both.  This is just north of Sedona: http://azstateparks.com/Parks/slRO/index.html

And maybe you could talk the eye-talian into a visit here: http://www.azstronghold.com/index.cfm?method=homepage.showpage

Haven't even been downtown on this trip. Maybe next time. Been either hangin at the Condo or up in Scottsdale. We have some peeps in Goodyear, went over there a few days ago.

I like trees and water too. But during the winter where I live now the dessert and relatively warm temps are what I'm looking for.
