Cold here.  Took Shorty Junior to see his cricket (batting) coach this evening.... we drove thru burned out forest for 25 or 30kms  :-\

Lots of motorcyles on the roads... must be something happening at Phillip Island this W/E.

The weather is set to be pleasantly warm again by the w/e (which is unusual for a PI event w/e..... we normally reserve the worst for those occasions).

aha.... I'm such a follower of the sport  ;)

I like to ride 'em.  Not much bothered about seeing others ride 'em.  Good w/e to go out for a blast.  All the... interest... will be concentrated around the coastal roads to my south  ;)

Yup.

Not as high as the living room, but still in the air.

The mill work on this stuff leaves a lot to be desired. At least it looks good when installed.

Its T+G right?  Is this the stuff you bought at the auction?  Or was that the Merbau?

Yes, we call it edge and center bead. It's t&g pine. They run it so fast that the boards vary in width. The t&g is so tight you have to pound or wedge things into place.

The T&G that i buy @ Diamond is pretty good quality and only sometimes takes a light tap to make it fit. Nice stuff.
