Instant is still the mainstay here in most households [puke], but not mine. That's despite the excellent cafe culture here. We are a frontier society though, but It's changing.

My son in Canada struggles with how rubbish the coffee is there....

I have even been roasting small batches here at home! Can't wait till things even out financially, so I get a drum roaster  ;D

I love it when my boss passes me in the hall and says "I am so happy you are here"!

First staff meeting tomorrow too. We are having a potluck.  I am bringing green beans with mint and sea salt.

Honestly, at home it's only Vittoria espresso in the stove top jiggers. 8)

In Spain there's a coffee called Bonka. I had a lot of fun with that from a few angles. ;D
