last time I tried to get the GC, family paid close to $20K to have a paper pusher say "we have lots of technicians here in the US, denied" . . . but, not all the technicians had a valid[at the time] Psycho-Pedagogic Certificate that at the time, made me a certified Instructor in my field of work and I speak/read/write in 3 languages and starting to learn a fourth . . .
