the areas leading to the un-stripped closets and the bath are half assed feathered...

it needs to be scrubbed and rinsed. Then it will need to dry thoroughly as the product I'm planning on using is solvent based moisture cure.

I'll move upstairs and urethane with a water based product that doesn't need the same durability 'cuz it won't see the same traffic.

At that point I'll need to decide if it's time to urethane the slab, or move to the decks outside while the slab dries some more.

Glad you had the land. One less headache (sometimes).

We are looking for land to downsize on. Hopefully the last house ever for us. I have four beautiful daughters to marry off. Anyone have good sons and 100 camels for bride price for arrangement like in old country? ;D
