That does sound like a lot.  Good luck with it!

As far as fishing goes it's pretty interesting.  My dad is an avid fly fisherman.  To the point he will only use a certain type of reel that has been out of production for about 15 years.  He'll fish for hours and cover several miles walking through the creek/river.  Me?  I'll stop by the nearby lake and spinner or jig fish (I have two poles, one rigger for each so it's a fast transition) for 20-30 minutes just for fun.

Yup, ribs, with a: cumin, cinnamon, coffee, brown sugar, pepper, garlic, onion dry rub and apple cider vinergar with a dash of 7yr rum as binder, in the oven at 130°C/266°F for a few hours . . . and then, mashed potatoes with some butter, mashed garlic, chopped onion, "bacon essense", pepper and cream . . . veggies, no idea what the wife's gonna stir up . . .
