I've turned over a new leaf.

When I wake up at 4 or 5...

I turn over and go back to sleep...or try anyway.

I think part of the problem is that we have been going to bed at 7:30 lately. It's the Dark. Joy goes to bed so I do too.

It just wears out some tension. It could perk you up I'm sure, but I'm that stuffed. I have real issues being able to sleep in, but I can nap ok.
