Great news on the condo, M.

Got a surprise gift from one of my bosses last night after yoga class (she convinced me to go to a class back in September and have been going 3-4 times a week since); a 20 class pass and thanks for all my hard work.  It felt good.

Movie time here.

*edit:  Looked almost that nice here today.  It was 60F.  Very warm for this time of year.
