Not enough oil in the pre-sliced to be of much use unfortunately because I love some biscuits & gravy!

That reminds me, when I was a kid I used to love the canned ham that came in round pre-sliced discs.

    Who needs a refill?  I got a pound from Costa Rica that a friends brother grew and roasted.  Yum Yum.

NO ride here today.  The in laws get back later and we have to finish canning and then clean their house.  Football too.

I've gotta unload my truck, so I won't be riding.

Canning is all done!  2 dozen apple butter and 2 dozen green tomato salsa. 

Now we have to clean the house.  Then it is time for  , chips and SALSA

Sorry no picts.  Was not fun, too much traffic.   

Only got about 1/4 way into ride before we turned for home.

Maybe I'll go out later this week when there is less traffic.

Off to cook breakfast for dinner.
