Well..Anything can set them off. The number of Times I've been "That Man" is approximately equal to 1/3 of my Post Count, and counting.

It was delish.   drool

I used this recipe from Jamie Oliver. 

I had cooked roast beef low and slow in the past and it always seemed dry; so the high, fast method this recipe used intrigued me.  I did remove the outer skin from the onion though as I knew we would eat them.  I even got B to eat some of the roasted garlic, which he usually won't touch.

I was the best roast beef I have ever cooked.
