George, stop eating Ghost peppers . . .  !!!

Today, pain woke me up . . .  In my sleep I had crossed the "bad" leg under the good leg . . . knee was bwnt beyond the "allowed" angle . . . So,  I get 2 Extra Strenght  Tylenol for the pain  . . .

See you guys in a whle, brekkie arrived
