It is expected to be 74°, no clouds, 0% chance of any precipitation.

There were hardy swimmers and surfers.

But not us.  Coolish 20 degrees and lively onshore breeze.

And these waters are pretty cold at any time of year.  Be tolerable with a wet suit though.

The water temp highs at the beaches here avg 20 of yours...for two days in August. ;D
