Morning.  I could stand some beaches in Australia.  The only saltwater I was in while I was there was the reef.  Saw the Indian Ocean in it's blueness but didn't get time to hit a beach.

Reading the thread about the thank you notes for the books took me back to my childhood.

At the orphanage we would have to write thank you letters all the time. People sent in money, took us shopping for school clothes, or whatever - we wrote letters. Appreciate was the first big word I learned how to spell!

Expressing thanks is an important life skill for sure.

Sadly, IMO we generally don't express it enough.
