In NH on the interstates it varies from a low of 55 in congested areas to a high of 70 once you get north of Concord.

Secondary highways tend to be 55.

Ours are about the same.... 50 in towns... 60 and 80 in urban environments.... 100 on the rural backroads and 110 on country Freeways.
