Evening.  C and son are napping.  I'm capturing some shots of a woodpecker building its nest in a backyard tree.  Fun to watch.

When was the last time you 'really' slept?

Who knows,I'm not a good sleeper on the best night.  I slept a couple hours last night, and I think that's more than the amount of sleep from the combined three days in the hospital.  I'm chauffeur for the next couple weeks (doctors orders C can't drive), so I try to get a couple hours up in the morning so I can drive us all around.

Yep but for how long? 3 more months dry?

Cutting alcohol would help my belt size decrease I think....

"Until further notice" . . . it is for the muscle/ligament on the back of my leg that it is either " shortened" or "spasamed" and doesnt allow for the leg to strectch 100% . . . it allows me to bend, now to a little more than 90° . . . but I am coming short at least 15° for a full stretch . . . and well . . . if it doesnt fix, either keep the limp or go under the knife to fix and be out again at least 6 months . . .
That is why I am not budging with alcohol
