Anything planned for a hopefully wet NH?

My legs refuse to work :P  I joined the gym - a 4 month commitment. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, ran at 6 mph for most of that time. Walked at 4.5 the rest. Incline was at 1.

Then I did a short free weight routine. My goal is to go 3 times a week.

Still working on Dimby. Checking flights. I am 3,000 miles short of an Alaska ticket  [laugh]

Teaching my favorite class today. HAZWOPER 8 hour annual refresher. Moves quick over a lot of info.

Just chores.

Probably fire up the rider and mow.

lottle better . . . there is no other way to do this . . . Aleve extra strenght plus my usual meds . . . sweling is being controlled with ice and 15 mons rests wvery hour . ..

will post some stuff for sale later . . . most profits will go towards ASPCA or similar . .. the rest to pay for storage and shipping from 331XX

this is too much to do in one week but missus has NO more vacation time avail and there is no way she can take a LWP .  .  .

Long day at work. Left the house at 0630 and home at 1940. Walked the Lucy dog, fed her, and then tried to wind down. Meeting with the new overlords at 1630. Good benefits plan.

The older sister drama goes on. Having lunch with the FTM cousin tomorrow. Speed dating at 1900!
