pork loun medallions in a hoisin-apple cider vinegar- orange juice-local hot sauce sauce with onions and peppers with about 6oz spaghetti stir fried in the deglazed pork loin sauce with a splash of white wine . . .

Teaching day #4 is over! I spend 3 of my days away from the office at customer sites. Today was the public utilities hazwoper refresher. I am doing all of their training this year.

Made it home a little earlier then usual too!! Took Lucy for a nice walk. In 87 degree heat.  8)

Back at the office tomorrow for day 5 of the 40 hour hazwoper. As of today, I have 37 hours on my time card.

since it's not just a lb of spaghetti with a lb of meat on top I must prepare in advance . . . I wake up at 0400h and cook it I just season now . ..  the only thing I am doing now is to boil the pixbae to soften them to make the mash tomorrow with warm milk and butter it gets finished . ..
