just installed my new ASUS RTAC3200 tri band router . . . ding sing sing dang . . . now is faster

My asus dual band is still working great.

It has more parameters than I'll ever use, but it's fast, connects wirelessly with everything except XP, and never misses a beat.

I recommended the brand, but I've never heard of that model until you mentioned it.

I have the RT AC 68U dual band.

YES, you mentioned your model, but, I went one or a few up, due to my streaming and interwebs speed of 1MBps . ..  I will upgrade to 2Mbps this week, but, I am not connected to any cables, I get my interwebs signal to an antenna and then t the modem then to the router .. . all 4 computers and 4 cellphones working at the same time no issues, even better than when cable provider's 10Mbps download, I've got symmetrical up/download speed and this router is killing

We have the tv with netflix and youtube...2 cellphones...Zekes ipad...his therapists phones and laptops...2 laptop computers of our own.

Our ISP only provide 20 Mbs downs and about 2 up.

The dual band handles it fine.

yup . ..  the little bugger was having to be reset every so often due to the amount of data . . . I was using it to store stuff from the shop . . .

My wife handles all the internet nonsense.

Today I repaid her for helping me in the shop by knocking a 6 foot rack onto her.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
