It all seems a bit convoluted to me.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

hello . . . went ot the shop to pick up my bike stands and other stuff . . .

then had lunch with missus . . . we both had burgers with fried sweet potatoes . ..  I had one with pulled pork, fried eggs, [bacon] she had the one I had a few days ago with arugula, jalapeno marmalade and onion rings . . .then she took me o IKEA

These Peppers were from the garden and they are super Hot!

I mean Hot!!

There was no way we could eat them all before they turned bad.
So I picked them, or rather cut them off the plant with scissors.



Then put them in the Cuisinart, right after removing the stems and any bad parts. About 15 pulses did the trick.




Then on to a pan lined with parchment paper for drying. I will try to dry them in the heat while we still have some.



We can use the dried pepper through the winter now.
