well, went to run some errands, get some food and took the time to visit a butcher shop that on weekends sets some tables on the parking lot and cooks any cut of meat you purchase and will cook it for you and sell you sides like salads and drinks, including some vino . .  I had a nice 675grs bone in rib eye steak with grilled eggplant and zucchini with a garlic-red onion vinaigrette and the missus had the mixed meat platter for one, it was OK cooked, think I can do better at home . . .

Now, preparing some jalapeno-guaba marmalade  . . .

I think I will commercialize my sauces . . . the missus LOVED the jalapeno marmalade with orange and guaba and very much liked the jalapeno-guaba-strawberry marmalade . . .
