Raccoon got into the duck pen last week.

Went from 12 to 6 in two nights before I figured out where it was getting in.

Now the M/F ratio is 1:1.

2 males have to go.

howie, in duck years the drakes are older than Nate.

They'd probably make better boot leather than tucker  [laugh]

Raccoon's will eat just about anything.

Takes them away to dine elsewhere. The only reason I suspect Raccoon's was the hair left on the wire where it pushed through the small hole for the water hose.

I've eliminated them before when I found them in or under the shed. The location of the new house makes it harder to notice when they're mucking about.
