My days of plagiarism were all left behind with that other job.  Not ever a thought of looking back.
It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Why is there a whole hog charged to my credit card?

Is it from a Central American country?

It's weird.  I just got a call from a local bacon company (Tender Belly  [drool] [drool] [drool] ) asking me if I authorized an order on my card to be shipped to Panama.

DarkMonster620

So . . . will you please authorize the charges so that I can keep my diet on track . . . Thank you

My hopes of completing that project are dashed.  :'(

I thought that was just a saying.

Did you not buy a whole hog?

They're picky about what plants come into the state. They can confiscate at will and that's just it-you don't get them back. Can't change your mind and leave with them-nothing.

Bunch of bastards.

When I was taking my mom's car she wanted me to take the Amaryllis plants with me. The old man planted one of these when I was born-the rest are it's offspring. Needless to say, I wasn't going to chance some checkpoint flunky would think they'd ruin the wine crop out here. Poking around online the ferret smugglers had a list of routes to get into the state while avoiding a checkpoint. One by Joshua Tree National Park or some such-we took that.

I kept those plants in the barn in the back room under the stairs, as they need to hibernate somewhere cool and dry, and it's the coolest bit out here.

When Paula brought the Chrysler back, I decided to clean out that room to use it for storage. On opening the door, they had started to grow. Out of season, no light, nothing. They just woke up when she brought my dad's car home.

I'm not superstitious, but it seemed fitting to me.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Works for me.

Some things just don't have scientific explanations...like pointy end up.

Seriously?  Ferret smugglers?  Inexplicable life?

I like it!

I opted to stay in tonight, tell us another story Uncle Smithy!

Oh nothing comes to mind right now. I'm pretty worn out these days.
