Unfortunately it either goes in to dumpsters, or taken down gently and put in piles for sale.

If it were me, I'd hire out taking down the old house. Strikes me as unrewarding work.


I did buy a boat though.

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
