Well I guess tell the people who made the offer, "No Can Do" and perhaps the reason why not.

I don't know how I can be more clear about it.

It's broken and I'm not fixing it.

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

It's broken because it won't pass the test.

Still has water in it...

and if you don't mind not watering the grass...

or filling the pool...

it seems to sustain a family of 4 ish.

Yea well that's pretty much the way it is in California. Generally the farther North you go the more water is available (Greener/Wetter), but there are exceptions that we won't get into because Politics.

My sight gauge still moves in the right direction.

The offer also wanted to use the barn for storage before the close of escrow.

I was clear that wasn't going to happen.
