2 bed should get 2 spots... ;D

Overkill in a downtown setting near a train station.

That does make sense, but I'd want it just for the storage space.  I grew up in a house w/ a basement, and I currently live in a house without one a really miss the storage.  My truck is too long for my garage so I'm considering looking at putting some free standing shelves at the expense of some of my wrenching space.  It's a 2-bay, the 280Z lives on on side, so I'm thinking about using have the other bay for storage as the M750 & Deere live on part of the unused bay.  That means the TS185 has to go back to my parent's shed :-\ Theres some nostalgia surrounding that bike.

Totally get that.

I'm downsizing.

Need to figure out where I'll store the SPS.  And I need to find a home for the SS/SP that's been sitting in my garage for years...

Welp, soon I'll be up in the Northeast.

I'm looking forward to it.

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

Hell, ideally never sell anything but room would become a problem for nearly anyone.

List the things you've sold...in the past 5 years.

IIRC, you just spent a bucket of money on your shop/storage space.

some of my bucket helped get her a toy recently lol

As for the shop, it is a constant pit of money eating. Building a home office in the back corner of it now as that seems the best place for such a thing
