We got an incredibly varied amount of snow. Most of it melted on the roads but at the height of it falling it was sticking everywhere. I'd have to guess that we got about 6 inches that's now far less and some other places pretty close by got at least double that.

I did see cars coming from the north covered with snow.

And it was a heavy wet snow, that's why it caused so many power issues. In driving around, there are a lot of freshly fallen trees.
I hope this isn't a sign of the winter to come.

we had such a weird summer with regard to rainfall amounts...
