Water (goes everywhere and has been for what appears to be months), source identified as leaking water line from neighbor's fridge (slow, perpetual leaks from appliances not covered by nearly every insurance provider) have to deal with landlord's insurance; quite possibly the tenant's renters insurance and the HOA's insurance (they own between the floors).

Because the homeowner's insurance company may not cover either his or my claim and because I'm not at fault, my insurance company said worst case could also include going directly after the homeowner (who is an ex-pat living in hong kong).

This is way more than a leveling kit, I'm familiar with those.  You're talking stock rear gap and a 3-4 inch greater gap front  They look like they are severly overloaded when they have nothing in the bed.

Miami's apartment is been sold to current tennant  . . .  Just got tired of receiving notices or letters and NO help from HOA . . . Hopefully it will be done soon ... Deep inside I hate to do it, but, too much stress and too far away
